Atlanta, Ga.-based DS Waters of America Inc. faces significant near-term refinancing risk and its operating performance has weakened. We are lowering our ratings on DS Waters, including the corporate credit rating to 'CCC+', and removing all the ratings from CreditWatch with negative implications. The developing outlook reflects the company's significant refinancing risk within the next 10-18 months. If the company is not able to address its upcoming debt maturities then we could lower the ratings further in the very near-term; alternatively, we could raise the ratings if the company puts a viable financing plan in place.
