OVERVIEW We lowered to 'D (sf)' our ratings on the class A-1A, A-1B, B-1A, and B-1B notes from Zais Investment Grade Ltd. VII. The ratings on two of the classes were on CreditWatch negative. The rating actions follow receipt of the order for relief issued by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey. The order represents the commencement of the bankruptcy case with Zais Investment Grade VII as debtor. We previously downgraded the class A-2 and A-3 notes to 'D (sf)' on failure to pay interest.
