Abstract SINGAPORE (Standard & Poor's) Nov. 15, 2006--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it is reviewing information on the upcoming U.S. dollar subordinated lower tier-II notes maturing in 2016, to be issued by Indonesia's PT Lippo Bank Tbk. On completion of the review, Standard & Poor's will assign an issue rating to the notes. The issue size is expected to be US$150 million and the pricing is yet to be finalized....
