LONDON (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 3, 2007-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that, following a review of Ursus 2 (Octane) PLC based on data provided by the servicer, CB Richard Ellis Loan Servicing Ltd., up to and including August 2007, there are no changes to the ratings on the notes (see list below). Our review shows that the transaction's performance is stable and that no rating action is warranted at this time. The transaction closed in July 2006 and is backed by one loan secured on 180 petrol filling stations and convenience retail units in England, Wales, and Scotland.
