Bulletin: Ratings Unchanged In PROSCORE-VR 2005-1 PLC U.K. CMBS Transaction Dec 07

Abstract
LONDON (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 7, 2007-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that following its review of the PROSCORE-VR 2005-1 PLC transaction, there are no changes to the ratings on the notes (see list below). The transaction review was based on the October 2007 investor report prepared by the servicers: Deutsche Genossenschafts-Hypothekenbank AG, Bremische Volksbank eG, Raiffeisenbank Oberschleissheim eG, Vereinigte Volksbank AG, Vereinigte Volksbank Griesheim-Weiterstadt eG, Volksbank Weinheim eG, and Volksbank Wetzlar-Weilburg eG. These banks are also the originators of the loans in the pool. This review has led to the conclusion that the transaction's performance is stable, and that no rating action is warranted at this time.
