Abstract
This transaction update follows Standard & Poor's Ratings Services' review of the Talisman-5 Finance PLC transaction based on data up to and including the July 2008 interest payment date (IPD) provided by the servicer, Hatfield Philips International Ltd. The transaction, which closed in December 2006, was originated and arranged by ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and was originally backed by seven loans secured by 33 retail properties, 10 mixed-use properties, 12 office properties, an industrial/warehouse property, and a multifamily portfolio, located in Germany, France, and Finland.
