Abstract
OVERVIEW We recently took rating action on the underlying collateral to which these transactions are credit-linked or their reference entity. These transactions are European synthetic CDOs. LONDON (Standard & Poor's) March 11, 2010--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today took various rating actions on 22 tranches in European synthetic collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). Specifically, we: Lowered our ratings on two tranches; Lowered and removed from CreditWatch negative our ratings on 12 tranches; Lowered and kept on CreditWatch negative our rating on one tranche; Lowered, removed from CreditWatch negative, and placed on CreditWatch positive our ratings on two tranches; Removed from CreditWatch negative our ratings on two tranches; and Raised our ratings on three tranches (see list below).
