Abstract OVERVIEW We have lowered the ratings on ABN AMRO Bank to A/Stable/A-1 from A+/Negative/A-1. We have subsequently maintained our 'AAA' ratings and stable outlook on ABN AMRO Bank's covered bond program and related series. PARIS (Standard & Poor's) June 28, 2010--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that its AAA/Stable ratings on the ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Covered Bond Programme remain unchanged following our June 25, 2010 downgrade of ABN AMRO Bank N.V.'s ratings to A/Stable/A-1 from A+/Negative/A-1 (see 'Related Criteria And Research'). Following the application of our revised criteria for assessing asset-liability mismatch (ALMM) risk in covered bonds, we have determined the maximum potential ratings uplift for the ABN AMRO Bank Covered Bond Programme to be six notches above...
