OVERVIEW The 'A-1' rating on the Arabella Finance ABCP program is unchanged following a rating review. Arabella Finance is a multiseller conduit that UniCredit sponsors. FRANKFURT (Standard & Poor's) Aug. 10, 2010--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that following its review of Arabella Finance Ltd., as part of its annual review process, the 'A-1' rating on the asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) issuance out of this program remains unchanged. The results of our review can be found in our latest transaction update report, published today (see 'Transaction Update: Arabella Finance Ltd.').
