These commentary pieces discuss both the quantitative (economic and financial) and qualitative (business analysis and caliber of management) aspects of the analysis, as well as legal issues.
During this quarter Standard & Poor's Ratings Services reviewed the U.S. RMBS pools shown in the table below for the purpose of potentially assigning a rating. The table shows select data on pools that we reviewed for U.S. RMBS public transactions for which we ultimately issued a public rating. We did not complete a review of any pools in connection with U.S. RMBS public transactions that we did not rate for one reason or another, or that we reviewed in connection with a proposed sale of a pool of mortgage loans to be securitized in a U.S. RMBS public transaction that did not result in the issuance of a U.S. RMBS transaction....
