Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the Arizona Board of Regents' Stimulus Plan for Economic and Educational Development (SPEED) series 2011 revenue bonds, issued for the University of Arizona (UA or the university). In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the Arizona Board of Regents' system revenue bonds and its 'AA-' long-term rating and SPUR on the Arizona Board of Regents' certificates of participation (COPs), both issued for the University of Arizona.
