NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 18, 2010--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+/A-1+' rating to Fairfax County Industrial Development Authority, Va.'s $95 million series 2010A-1 variable-rate demand bonds, issued for Inova Health System Foundation. The 'AA+' long-term component of the rating is based on Standard & Poor's assessment of Inova's credit quality, while the 'A-1+' short-term component of the rating is based on Inova's self-liquidity. In addition, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'A-1+' short-term rating to the authority's $95 million series 2010A-2 variable-rate bonds, issued for Inova.
