Big-Sky 2008-1 is an RMBS transaction whose trust certificates and specified bonds are backed by a pool of housing loan receivables originated by Shinsei Bank. Standard & Poor's has affirmed and removed from CreditWatch positive its long-term credit rating on Shinsei Bank, the servicer as well as the originator in the transaction.
