Abstract
Cimento Tupi will invest to expand capacity, which is key for the company to sustain and expand its production. We are assigning our 'B' global scale and 'brBBB-' Brazilian national scale corporate credit ratings to Cimento Tupi and also assigning a 'B' rating to its forthcoming senior unsecured notes. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that the proceeds from the note issuance will be used to fully fund the expansion production program.
