OVERVIEW We lowered our ratings on two tranches from CNL Commercial Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-1 and removed them from CreditWatch with negative implications. We also affirmed our ratings on two tranches from CNL Commercial Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-2. The downgrades reflect deteriorating credit performance among the assets in the series 2003-1 collateral pool. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) May 9, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today lowered its ratings on class A1 and A2 from CNL Commercial Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-1 and removed them from CreditWatch with negative implications.
