Abstract
The significant economic recovery in 2010 improved the city's operating balance despite high inflation. We are affirming the local and foreign currency long-term issuer credit rating on the City of Buenos Aires at 'B'. The stable outlook incorporates our expectation that conservative management and low debt will continue to provide fiscal flexibility over the next two to three years.
