Abstract
Coral Gables, Fla.-based MasTec Inc. has demonstrated good operating performance and credit measures through the downturn. We are affirming our 'BB-' corporate credit rating on MasTec. At the same time, we are revising our outlook to positive from stable. The positive outlook reflects our expectation that the company could maintain credit metrics and financial policies that support a higher rating. On May 10, 2011, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its ratings, including the 'BB-' corporate credit rating, on MasTec Inc. At the same time, we revised our outlook to positive from stable.
