Abstract
We expect U.S. outsourced semiconductor assembly and test provider Amkor's credit measures to remain strong for the rating, reflecting its intermediate financial profile, despite our expectations of flat to modest declines in revenues and margins over the coming quarters. We are raising our corporate credit rating on Amkor to 'BB' from 'BB-'. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that the company will sustain operating trends and its credit profile near current levels over the next year.
