AmWINS Group Inc. Upgraded One Notch On Performance Improvement; Outlook Stable

Abstract
AmWINS Group Inc. has demonstrated material improvements regarding its financial profile due to continued favorable performance in 2010. We raised our counterparty credit rating on AmWINS and our ratings on its first-lien senior secured and second-lien senior subordinated note issues. Our recovery ratings on the company's first- and second-lien debt remain the same. The outlook on AmWINS is stable because we expect that the company will be able to sustain its favorable performance. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) May 11, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it raised its counterparty credit rating on AmWINS Group Inc. to 'B' from 'B-'.
