Abstract
The 'AA' long-term rating assigned to Fishers Redevelopment Authority, Ind.'s series 2010 lease rental revenue refunding bonds, supported by the Town of Fishers, reflects the security provided by lease rental payments received from the Fishers Redevelopment Commission, payable from an unlimited ad valorem special benefits tax levied on all taxable property within the redevelopment district. The district is governed by the commission and is coterminous with the town of Fishers. The special benefit tax is subject to the state's circuit breaker legislation.
