Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'A+' long-term rating to the Camden County Improvement Authority (CCIA or the authority), N.J.'s lease revenue bonds series 2010, issued on behalf of Rowan University. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A+' long-term and underlying ratings on Rowan's general revenue debt outstanding. The outlook is stable.
