Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'SP-1+' rating to Clark County, Nev.'s $100 million series 2011A airport system junior-subordinate-lien revenue notes, issued on behalf of its department of aviation, owner of Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the Clark County Airport Department of Aviation's senior-lien debt, its 'A+' long-term rating and SPUR on the department's subordinate-lien debt and passenger facility charge (PFC) revenue debt, its 'A' SPUR on the department's jet aviation fuel tax bonds and third-lien subordinate notes, its 'SP-1+' rating on the department's series 2010E-1 notes, its 'AAA/A-1' rating on the department's series 2010F-2 bonds, its 'AAA/A-1+' rating on the department's series 2008C-1...
