Abstract
The ratings on Reno, Nev.-based Eldorado Resorts LLC reflect limited cash flow diversity in operating a single property and negative market trends affecting the Reno market, particularly given the expansion of Native American gaming in northern California. These factors partially are offset by the property's good position within the market. Eldorado Resorts owns and operates the Eldorado Hotel & Casino. In addition, through a wholly owned subsidiary, it is a 50% owner of the Silver Legacy Resort Casino, a hotel and casino adjacent to the Eldorado. Operating results have been negatively affected by the weak economy and the intensely competitive market environment in Reno, resulting in a decrease in customer traffic and overall gaming volumes.
