TOKYO (Standard & Poor's) May 16, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it released a Japanese-language servicer evaluation report on ORIX Asset Management & Loan Services Corp. (OAMLS), covering its commercial loan primary servicing, commercial loan master servicing, and commercial loan special servicing businesses. On Feb. 16, 2011, Standard & Poor's affirmed its STRONG overall servicer evaluation rankings on OAMLS as a commercial loan primary servicer, commercial loan master servicer, and commercial special servicer. The outlook on the rankings remains stable. The report released today provides the rationale for the company's ranking assignments in the aforementioned three categories, as well as an in-depth analysis of the company's servicing business and organization.
