Abstract
CHICAGO (Standard & Poor's) May 16, 2011-- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised the rating outlook to negative from positive on Illinois Educational Facilities Authority's debt issued for Field Museum of Natural History (the Field). Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'A' long-term rating on the authority's series 2002 adjustable medium-term revenue bonds, issued for the Field. "The outlook revision is based on our expectation during the two-year outlook period of higher reliance on a bank line for cash flow and capital projects, as well as pressures on museum cash flow and budgeting due to multiple needs, including capital funding, building working capital, and planning for principal payments on bullet maturities," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Susan Carlson.
