Jefferies Resecuritization Trust 2010-R6 Class 2-A1 Rating Lowered; 64 Other Re-REMIC Ratings Affirmed

OVERVIEW We reviewed five U.S. RMBS re-REMIC transactions issued between 2005 and 2010. Four of these transactions pay interest entirely on a pro rata basis, and one transaction has a sequential payment structure for all of its loan groups. We lowered our rating on class 2-A1 from Jefferies Resecuritization Trust 2010-R6 and removed it from CreditWatch with negative implications. We affirmed our ratings on 64 classes from five transactions, including the transaction with the downgraded tranche. At the same time, we removed our ratings on 44 of the 64 classes with affirmed ratings from CreditWatch negative.
