Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has raised its underlying rating on Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority (CCWSA), Ga.'s revenue bonds to 'AA' from 'AA-'. At the same time, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to the authority's series 2011 revenue refunding bonds. The outlook is stable. The rating incorporates our view of a water and sewer system with no additional debt needs and historically good financial performance.
