Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) May 17, 2011-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that Fairfax, Va.-based Mantech International Corp.'s announcement that it approved a 42-cent semi-annual dividend does not affect our 'BB+' corporate credit rating on the company. In our view, the company's ample annual operating cash flow of about $170 million can absorb the approximate $31 million annual dividend payout without impairing credit quality....
