Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) May 17, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today raised its rating on SATURNS Trust No. 2003-4's $25 million class A callable units to 'BBB' from 'BBB-'. Our rating on the class A units is dependent on our rating on the underlying security, The Dow Chemical Co.'s 7.375% debentures due Nov. 1, 2029 ('BBB'). Today's ugprade follows our May 11, 2011, rating action, when we raised our rating on the underlying security to 'BBB' from 'BBB-'. We may take subsequent rating actions on the class A units due to changes in our ratings assigned to the underlying security.
