Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'A-' long-term rating to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission-s (PTC or the commission) series 2010B turnpike subordinate revenue bonds. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'A+' underling rating (SPUR) on PTC's turnpike's $2.3 billion revenue bonds outstanding and its 'A-' SPUR on the commission's $2.7 billion subordinate revenue bonds outstanding. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AAA/A-1+' ratings on PTC's series 2008B and 2008C turnpike multimodal revenue bonds. The ratings on these bonds reflect the low correlation joint criteria table based on the 'A+' SPUR on the turnpike and letters of credit provided by Bank of America N.A. (A+/Negative/A-1).
