Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 1, 2009--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that its ratings on Bank of America Corp. (A/Stable/A-1) and its subsidiaries are not affected by the company's announcement that Kenneth D. Lewis, its CEO and president, has advised the board of directors that he will retire from his position and from serving as a director of the company effective Dec. 31, 2009. We will continue to watch for evidence of a disproportionate disruption to the company's performance as a result of this and other management turnover within the context of our fundamental analysis....
