Abstract
OVERVIEW We affirmed our STRONG rankings on Bank of America Corp.'s CMBS Real Estate Structured Finance (RESF) Servicing Group as a commercial primary and master servicer. We affirmed our ABOVE AVERAGE ranking on the company as a special servicer. The affirmed primary and master servicer rankings reflect what we consider to be strong management, sound internal controls, and stringent audit practices, as well as thorough policies and procedures for the oversight of offshore personnel and a well-controlled payment processing function, in our view. The affirmed special servicer ranking reflects our assessment of the company's management of special servicing activity during 2009.
