Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) May 9, 2006--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its ABOVE AVERAGE rankings for the Primary and Master Commercial Loan Servicing operations at Bank of America Corp. N.A.'s CMBS Capital Markets Servicing Group (CMSG). At the same time, the AVERAGE ranking for Special Servicing is affirmed. CMSG has held these rankings since 2002. Additionally, the outlook for primary servicing is revised to positive from stable. The outlooks for master and special servicing are stable. CMSG continues to display notable growth in servicing volume (33% increase from December 2004 to December 2005), with increases derived from both primary and subserviced loans.
