Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A' long-term rating on the Lincoln County Hospital Authority No. 1, Neb.'s series 2009 revenue bonds issued for Great Plains Regional Medical Center (GPRMC). At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A' underlying rating (SPUR) on the authority's series 2002 bonds, also issued for GPRMC. The outlook on all ratings is stable. The ratings reflect our view of GPRMC's stable and strong market position and consistently good operating performance that has continued to strengthen the balance sheet.
