Abstract
The ratings on the Swedish Municipality of -rebro reflect Standard & Poor's Ratings Services' view of the municipality's modest debt position, dynamic local economy, and robust budgetary performance. Sweden's stable and supportive local and regional government (LRG) system and -rebro's strong liquidity position provide additional support for the ratings. Offsetting these strengths, in our view, is an unemployment rate higher than the national average, and to some extent -rebro's current political situation as the municipality recently held new elections after elections in 2010 were nullified. -rebro's debt position is modest.
