Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) May 19, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today corrected its ratings on classes II-A-2 and III-A-2 from Bear Stearns Structured Products Inc. Trust 2007-R8 by lowering them to 'D (sf)' from 'CC (sf)' (see list). We previously lowered our ratings on these classes to 'D (sf)' on April 19, 2011. However, on April 21, 2011, we incorrectly raised our ratings on these classes.
