Abstract
The Russian Republic of Sakha is planning to issue a Russian ruble 2.5 billion (about $90 million) bond on May 20, 2011. We are affirming our 'BB-/ruAA-' issuer credit ratings on Sakha. The positive outlook reflects our view that Sakha is likely to achieve a consistently sound budgetary performance. MOSCOW (Standard & Poor's) May 19, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it had affirmed its 'BB-' long-term issuer credit rating and 'ruAA-' Russia national scale rating on the Russian Republic of Sakha.
