This is despite the possibility that revenues and margins may decline moderately through at least the June 2011 quarter, due to seasonality and the completion of an industry-wide inventory correction in late 2010. Amkor's January 2011 conversion of $100 million of its convertible subordinated notes partly mitigates those factors.
