Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'BBB' rating to LaVernia Higher Education Finance Corp., Texas' series 2008A and 2008B education revenue bonds, issued for Cosmos Foundation, Inc. At the same time, we have reinstated the rating on the Texas Public Finance Authority (TPFA) Charter School Finance Corp.'s series 2007A and 2007B education revenue bonds at 'BBB'. We are also affirming the 'BBB' rating recently assigned to the TPFA Charter School Finance Corp., Texas' series 2010A education revenue bonds and series 2010Q qualified school construction bonds, also supported by Cosmos Foundation, Inc.
