The preliminary ratings assigned to SLM Student Loan Trust 2011-2's (the trust's or SLM 2011-2's) class A and B student loan-backed notes reflect our view of: The transaction's initial total parity and senior parity of approximately 103.15% and 106.25%, respectively (the parity percentage is defined as the percentage of the total assets, including the pool balance, the initial reserve account, and the capitalized interest account, divided by the total and senior note principal amount, respectively); The U.S. federal government's reinsurance of at least 97% of the loans in the collateral pool; and The timely interest and principal payments made under stressed cash flow modeling scenarios, which we believe are consistent with the assigned preliminary 'AAA (sf)' and 'A (sf)' ratings....
