The terms of each class of the certificates are as follows: --Class 1: -450 million, 0.17%; --Class 2: -330 million, 0.35%; --Class 3: -300 million, 0.54%; --Class 4: -270 million, 0.70%; --Class 5: -220 million, 0.87%; --Class 6: -170 million, 1.00%; --Class 7: -100 million, 1.15%; --Class 8: -80 million, 1.28 %; --Class 9: -60 million, 1.44%; and --Class 10: -410 million, 1.14%.
