Abstract Operating performance and credit measures at U.S.-based chemicals firm Albemarle Corp. have improved in recent quarters. We are raising our ratings, including the corporate credit rating, to 'BBB+' from 'BBB'. The stable outlook reflects our expectations that the company will maintain financial policies and credit metrics that are consistent with the rating.
