Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A-' long-term rating on the Adams County Hospital Authority No. 1, Neb.'s series 2008 bonds, issued for Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital (MLMH). At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A-' underlying rating (SPUR) on the hospital's outstanding series 1998 bonds. The outlook is stable. Financial results cited in this analysis for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2010, are based on preliminary (unaudited) numbers.
