Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA/A-1+' rating on Illinois Finance Authority's (Riverside Health System) (RADIAN) hospital variable-rate demand obligation bonds series 2004 and 2006A, due to the bank facility being extended to Feb. 15, 2016. The long-term component of the rating is based jointly (assuming low correlation) on the rating of the obligor, Riverside Health System, and the letter of credit provider, JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. The short-term component of the rating is based solely on JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A.
