Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A' long-term rating to Washington Health Care Facilities Authority, Wash's series 2011A revenue bonds, issued on behalf of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (FHCRC). At the same time, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'A' underlying rating (SPUR) to the center's series 2011B-C revenue bonds. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'A' long-term, underlying (SPUR), and issuer credit rating (ICR) on the center's outstanding debt. Finally, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AAA/A-1+' rating on the center's series 2009B bonds and the 'AAA/A-1' rating on the center's series 2001A bonds. The outlook on all bonds is stable.
