Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) June 4, 2008-- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its 'A' rating to Discover Card Execution Note Trust's $100 million class B(2008-2) two-year, floating-rate notes. This is the fifth tranche of class B notes that Discover Bank (BBB/Stable/A-3) has issued since the Discover Card Execution Note Trust was established. The notes are similar to Discover Bank's previous issuances with respect to collateral, structural, and legal characteristics. Upon the issuance of these notes, there will be $650 million in class B notes outstanding.
