Abstract
The incorporation of LFC's operations was seamless and may prove beneficial for CFE. We affirmed CFE's long-term foreign-currency corporate credit rating at 'BBB'. We do not expect any changes in CFE's autonomy or its links with the Mexican federal government. MEXICO CITY (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 17, 2010--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it affirmed its foreign-currency long-term corporate credit rating on Comisi-n Federal De Electricidad (CFE) at 'BBB'.
