Abstract
OVERVIEW We understand that E-MAC 2004-I and E-MAC 2008-I will not be redeeming their put option notes on the first put date. Based on the current information available, we believe that the nonredemption of the put option notes, in and of itself, will not affect the current ratings on the notes. E-MAC 2004-I and E-MAC 2008-I are Dutch RMBS transactions. LONDON (Standard & Poor's) April 21, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today confirmed its ratings in the E-MAC NL 2004-I B.V. and E-MAC Program III B.V. Compartment NL 2008-I transactions following confirmation from the issuers that funds will not be available to redeem the put option notes, which are subject to redemption on the first put date (see list below)....
