LONDON (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 15, 2008Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its credit ratings to the series 0-2008-I mortgage-backed floating-rate notes issued by Dolphin Master Issuer B.V. (see list below). This multiple issuance vehicle is similar to Fortis Bank's Beluga Master Issuer B.V. platform. Dolphin Master Issuer uses loans originated by Fortis Hypotheek Bank N.V. (FHB), Fortis Bank Nederland N.V. (FBN) and Direktbank N.V. The collateral consists of loans secured by first- and sequentially lower-ranking mortgages over residential properties in The Netherlands.
