Abstract
OVERVIEW The Dutch Central Bank has requested from a Dutch court emergency regulation because of concerns over DSB Bank's short-term liquidity position. Following the court's granting of the emergency regulation, we are closely monitoring the securitizations originated and serviced by DSB Bank. The ratings in these deals are currently unaffected. LONDON (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 13, 2009--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it is currently monitoring closely all of its ratings in securitizations backed by loan portfolios that DSB Bank N.V. either originates or services.
